There are two new members of the Neir clan The first was Jillian Nicole Widner, daughter of Alyssa Yott. She was born on June 26th, 2002. The second bundle of joy is Elijah Blain Frary, son of Jason Frary and Samantha Yott. He was born on June 28th, 2002. He was 8 lbs. 9 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long.
